The flat-screen TV in the living room was a nice touch for relaxing evenings. Plus, the free parking was a big bonus for someone like me who was traveling on a budget. Having a washing machine was so convenient, saved me from finding a laundromat. a great place to stay for a budget traveler like myself.
Personally, I found the microwave a bit small, but hey, it still did the job.
